As the temperature outside continues to drop, let’s take a look at the proper temperatures for various styles of wine. In general, in the United States we tend to drink our white wines too cold & our red wines too warm!
“Wine School is something that I look forward to each and every Tuesday Night. Cordelia has opened up a whole new world of wines for me that I would have never known. Jessika’s food pairings are absolutely delicious. I try to go almost every week as there is such a sense of community for everyone whether it’s your 1st time or 47th week in a row. I always leave with something new that I have learned.”
“Timeless elegance…..a place to relax, laugh and make new friends and learn. I look forward to it all week.”
TESTIMONIAL John Viviani
“One of the best nights of the week for me is Tuesday night going to Cordelia’s wine school at Ze Windham Wine Bar. Cordelia is a great sommelier who not only has what you expect from an excellent sommelier but has the greatest personality and passion along with her expertise. She makes learning wine fun and exciting. Since I have been going to wine school I’ve been able to appreciate ones from all over the world and learned the amount you pay for a wine does not dictate how good the wine is to you. I clearly learned that the taste for wine is a personal thing to enjoy. What may taste great too one is not so good for others. But as Cordelia says “that’s OK own it.” Besides the learning aspect Cordelia is great at making you feel comfortable and providing an environment to meet new people. Cordelia, thanks for taking my love for wine to the next level.”
